Senior IT Project Manager

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned. o Create and communicate project status, team and stakeholder meeting agendas, and other communication as required. o Utilize the Global IT methodology, Change Management Team, & IT project tools to identify all areas that could be impacted by IT projects. o Identify, assess, and control risks and plan responses to increase the likelihood of successful completion of IT projects. o Organize, manage, and lead the IT project team including working with resource managers to identify roles and responsibilities and assign work. o Mentor project team and stakeholders on Project Management Office (PMO) process and requirements. o Manage the planning, estimating, budgeting, financing, monitoring, and controlling of cost to enable IT projects to be completed within the approved budget. o Regulate the timely completion of IT projects using the Global IT methodology and various IT project management tools and techniques. o Facilitate, document, and oversee the IT project requirements to include scope changes. o With the assistant of the global purchasing team, maintain all procurement of products or services as required for IT projects. o Ensure that all aspects of the project are well coordinated, run smoothly, and produce the desired project management deliverables and artifacts. These include items such as the Project Management Plan, Project Schedule, Project Scope Change, and Project Status Reports.   MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: o Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Project Management or in a related field. o Five (5) or more years of experience in IT Project Management or in a related area. o Experience using Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools such as: Clarity, SharePoint, or ServiceNow. o Proficient with various web-based software applications Microsoft Office Project and Microsoft Office Suite. o Proficient with Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) Project Management Principles. o Knowledge of project management methodologies and terminology. o Excellent organizational skills and ability to effectively communicate and all levels of the organization. o Strong customer focus and effective use of a consultative approach. o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where requirements are constantly changing. o Detailed oriented. o Ability to travel up to 20%.   PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: o Eight (8) or more years of experience in IT Project Management or in a related area. o Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM). o Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. 185270

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
