Program Specialist

Interaction with customers during program development including: Purchasing, Quality, Engineering and other plant personnel.
Work with project staff to outline a work plan and assign duties and responsibilities for implementation of programs.
Perform quarterly business reviews and analysis of current VMI Programs with customers.
Participate in the continuous improvement process.
Must be able to manage multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines.
Manage scheduled and unscheduled absence of site coordinators to ensure these positions are covered.
Project management communication tools such as Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Effective interpersonal skills working with groups.
Skilled in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
Able to gather data, compile information and prepare reports.
Basic problem solving skills.
Customer focused attitude; desire to grow with and contribute to a customer focused organization.
Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
1-3 years inspection/testing experience preferred, especially Fastener experience.
Prefer a candidate that lives within a one-hour drive to McConnellsburg.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
