SUMMARY
Participates in technical studies to evaluate business systems requirements and recommend appropriate solutions. Assists Project Manager on high-priority projects. Interfaces with programmers/analysts to explain solutions. Prepares communications and makes presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives. . The security risk level for this position is moderate; therefore, the incumbent may be subject to additional background screening requirements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Work with business area leaders to identify, define, and implement business process / system improvements.
2. Develop value analysis of process improvements and lead prioritization of proposed changes.
3. Perform project management responsibilities for implementing process improvements and business integrations.
4. Participate in business acquisition / integration projects by analyzing and integrating appropriately JLG business processes.
5. Participate as team member in analyzing and refining multifunctional business processes.
6. Understand trends in business area to recommend further I.T. directions.

10 plus years of related experience
