Principle Manufacturing Engineers are responsible for leading an organization's operations involved in reducing cost, increasing production capacity, and implementing new efficient processes. Their duties include developing production capacity cost and quality targets and implementing workforce utilization, workspace efficiency, workflow, and equipment layout. They also manage project milestones by working closely with internal groups and suppliers. Principle Manufacturing Engineers review production data gathered, supervise production process improvements, and assist in the accurate manufacturing documentation Responsibilities :
Implement systems for manufacturing which reduce wasteful production activities and achieve labor reductions. Audit suppliers towards conformance to ISO requirements. Develop work instructions for implementing system effectiveness. Core member of the validation team, developing new organizational standards for validation protocols for product and process and manufacturing procedures. Experience and related knowledge in Coatings and Paint applications Experience and related knowledge in Pretreatment processes Familiar with Environmental requirements to operate Coating systems, Wash/cleaning systems, and touch up booths. Willingness to support Global systems and processes that may include travel Willingness to travel Globally to support coating systems Basic
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Engineering Management, Mechanical EngineeringEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
